This is the website of ECL, the web studio of Rasul Ertugrul, based in Türkiye. It describes my work and services. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
The prices and timelines here describe typical packages, so you know what to expect. They are not an offer you can accept by clicking. A project starts with a written proposal that we both accept. That document, not this website, sets the scope, the price, the dates and the payment plan.
The case studies show work I did for the companies named. Their names, logos and content belong to them. The live sites inside the frames are copies kept for portfolio purposes. They may differ from what those companies publish today, and they are not there to be copied or reused.
The reviews are the words of real clients.
The design, text, illustrations and code of this site are mine. You are welcome to link to it and to quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy it, in whole or in large parts, or pass it off as your own.
I keep this site accurate and running, but I provide it as it is. I can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
The site links to other websites. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If something here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
