Build

Weekly demos.

A first payment and we start. You see progress every week — not a big reveal at the end. Design and development happen in parallel.

Launch

Ship it.

Final review, launch, and handoff. Your team can edit everything. The last payment on launch. Post-launch support included.

What tech stack do you use?

Next.js + React, always real code, never a page builder. The CMS is Storyblok, Sanity, or a fully custom one: AI-built, secured and shaped to your requirements, with your own database when the site needs it. Always modern, always fast.

Can my team edit the site after launch?

Yes. Every site comes with a CMS or editing setup so your team can change prices, the schedule, coaches and news, swap images, and publish pages without needing a developer.

Do you do design or just development?

Both. Full design in Figma, then built to production. If you already have designs, I can work from those too.

What does "AI-assisted" mean?

I use AI tools to move faster — copy review, code generation, animation prototyping. The strategy, design decisions, and quality control are all human. You get agency quality at studio speed.

How do revisions work?

You see the site every week during the build. Feedback gets applied in real time. The "rounds of revisions" in the tiers are for the final polish stage — but most clients are happy well before that.

Do you only work with tennis?

Tennis is where I build now: clubs, academies, coaches, camps, brands, courts, tournaments and the software around them. Before that I shipped sites across 10+ industries — AI and SaaS, healthcare, supply chain, consumer brands, events, finance. The method is the same: one senior designer-developer, AI in the loop, a clear site in weeks. Outside tennis and like the work? Write anyway.

Can the site take bookings and payments?

Yes. Court bookings, lesson and camp sign-up, memberships and payments: connected to the booking tool you already use (CourtReserve, Playtomic, Skedda and others) or built into the site with its own database. You decide what your team keeps and what the site takes over.

What's the payment structure?

Flexible. Most projects run in stages: 30% to start, 30% at design approval, 30% at build, 10% on launch. Or spread it evenly: equal monthly payments until launch, then a support retainer. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
